The abortion pill, self managed abortion and abortion via telehealth now exceed the number of abortions carried out in person. Many women have little or no interaction with medical personnel when undergoing an abortion.
Online or virtual abortion service platforms can leave women feeling emotionally disconnected, scared and potentially without adequate guidance before undergoing a significant medical procedure. Most importantly, these platforms can not provide an ultrasound, a critical safeguard for protecting both the health of the mother and her child.
Privacy concerns, insurance issues or an inability to access traditional care in a timely fashion pose serious obstacles to care.

PSC works to understand client needs and assist in connecting them with appropriate resources in the community.
PSC is here to support women experiencing pregnancy loss either through miscarriage or abortion.
PSC supports mothers and families by providing online classes through Brightcourse, which offers a wide range of topics including: parenting, pregnancy, childbirth, infant care, healthy relationships, finance, abuse, and blending families.
PSC’s newly introduced Wellness Journey is an opportunity for our nurses to meet one-on-one with clients for a series of appointments, forming a meaningful relationship and helping them feel supported, prepared, and encouraged as they move through their pregnancy decision making process and beyond.
